Rain, Rain, Go Away

Come back in the Summer when we need you! Here's a recipe for you all.......

Ingrediants
1 cold rainy day
3 wild boys
1 1000 sq ft house
1 grumpy father trying to enjoy a day off

Directions
Begin preparation at 6:30 am - that's the best time to take out the father.
Put all three boys inside the house. Shake it up to get them excited.
Close the doors so they can't go outside. If they do, they'll get wet and melt.
Finally, take a pencil and stick it in the back of the father to get him irritated. Throw him in the house as well.
Simmer for eight hours.

Ground Breaking Day!

Well, we heard from the neighbor that the foundation crew began work today on our new home. We knew it would be soon, since the porta-potty was delivered yesterday. We also received a sample of our carpet today. I performed a coffee and cranberry juice test on it, and the results were pretty amazing. I cleaned up both with just a paper towel - not a spot remained!
Our future neightbors, Marvin & Loraine, agreed to email us some photos as work continues on our home. I'll post em as I get em. - Steven
